Shipping Information

For all of your parcels with multiple items, they may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different dates by a day or two or. If you have received a shipping confirmation email but have only received a portion of your order, it is likely that it is referring to only a partial shipment. Please refer to your original shipment email for full tracking.

Orders and Returns

We provide the best tracking method to our customer when he/she ordered. When the order and package were delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You can track your order from start to end.
The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc. - The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Most of our products are returnable within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are undamaged. Just email info@midas.com and note your original order number.
